Corp. Communications:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy encompassing advertising, branding, digital marketing, internal communications, media relations, public relations, and crisis communications.
- Craft compelling messaging and content tailored to specific audiences across various platforms - traditional media (print, television, outdoor), digital channels (website, social media), and employee communications channels.
- Plan and execute effective brand and product marketing campaigns.
- Manage relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure positive coverage and brand awareness.
- Oversee the selection, appointment, and management of external communications agencies, ensuring alignment with the Bank's communication goals and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement internal communications strategies to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with the Bank's overall vision and mission.
- Stay abreast of the latest communication trends and technologies, and recommend their integration into the Bank's communication strategy.
- Measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns and initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
- Design, manage, and lead the Bank's entire CSR portfolio, aligning it with our CSR policy, and the evolving needs of the communities we serve.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and evaluate potential CSR projects across various focus areas, such as education, healthcare, environmental sustainability, Livelihood etc.
- Develop comprehensive proposals for CSR initiatives, including outlining project goals, budget, implementation plan, and expected impact. Secure management approvals and champion proposed initiatives
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of CSR projects, ensuring they are executed effectively, efficiently, and ethically. Build strong relationships with implementing partners (NGOs, social enterprises and Govt departments) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all CSR regulations, reporting requirements, and best practices as mandated by the Companies Act 2013 and other relevant regulations.
- Develop and manage the Bank's CSR reporting framework, showcasing the Bank's social impact and contribution to sustainable development.
