Role & responsibilities

A civil site supervisor manages construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that the work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards:

Oversee day-to-day operations: Manage construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and create work schedules

Ensure compliance: Ensure that the project adheres to safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications

Inspect the site: Regularly inspect the site to identify hazards and develop measures to maintain health and safety standards

Manage materials: Ensure the construction crew doesn't run out of raw materials, and order and deliver them on time
