Qc Head

Job Description:

1) Preparation and Standardization of Volumetric solutions.

2) Knowledge about capa analysis and customer audits

3) Handling instruments such as GC, HPLC, KF, and PH Meter.

4) Maintain all the required Documents & Records with proper guidelines.

5) Operate and calibrate all Analytical instruments such as GC, HPLC, weigh balance,

KF, and pH meter.

6) Analysis by Titration as per sop.

7) Sampling of Raw materials and Finish Goods.

8) Analysis as per specified MoA for specific product.

9) Follow the standard operating procedures of the Quality Department.

10) Preparation of CoA as per instructions of Quality Head.

11) Maintain glassware & their stock.

12) Analyze the sample request.

13)Monitoring all kinds of Documents, Instrument calibrations, etc.

14) Well Versed with MS Office.

15) ISO Documentation.

16) Handling the entire QC department and staff

Location Khambhat, Gujarat 

Reporting to Factory Manager, Director 

Salary - 6 to 9 LPA CTC

Experince : 8-10 years
