Digital Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy Development:

• Create concepts and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business growth and brand awareness.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to inform strategies and campaign objectives.
• Set clear KPIs and benchmarks to measure success across all digital platforms.

2. Content Creation & Management:

• Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content tailored for websites, social media, email marketing, and blogs, WhatsApp marketing.

3. SEO & Organic Growth:

• Implement and manage SEO strategies to enhance website ranking on search engines.
• Conduct regular keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink-building activities.
• Monitor web traffic and analytics to identify opportunities for organic growth and ensure high visibility for key products and services.

4. Social Media Management:

• Strategically manage and grow social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter) to increase followers, engagement, and brand loyalty.
• Design and execute organic campaigns, contests, and other interactive activities to build a strong online community.

• Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes to optimize content performance.
• Create ideas & strategies for campaigns.

5. E-commerce Website Management:

• Drive sales to the e-commerce platform through optimized social media strategies, engaging content, targeted ads, and influencer collaborations.

8. Team Collaboration & Leadership:

• Manage external vendors and agencies for digital marketing initiatives as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A masters degree or specialized certification in Digital Marketing is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role (minimum 5 years).
• Strong track record in creating and executing digital campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
