The Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead who will focus on platform governance, compliance, and security , while also leading the delivery of select features and enhancements . An important part of the role is to oversee multiple Salesforce teams from different business units who share the same Salesforce tenant, ensuring they work together harmoniously without causing issues. You will establish governance frameworks, collaborate with key stakeholders, including Compliance, IT, Marketing, and Sales, and facilitate platform optimization. The role will also involve coordinating efforts across teams to deliver targeted improvements while maintaining a secure and compliant environment.
