Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in SEO, Social Media Management (SMM), Paid Campaigns, and Organic Growth Strategies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns and driving both organic and paid traffic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, meta tags, and structure for better search engine rankings.
    • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
    • Perform regular technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
    • Build and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
  2. Social Media Management (SMM)
    • Create, manage, and optimize engaging content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
    • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers and enhance engagement.
    • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to stay relevant and competitive.
  3. Paid Campaigns
    • Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
    • Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
    • Develop retargeting strategies to re-engage website visitors and potential leads.
  4. Organic Growth Strategies
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive organic traffic and conversions through quality content and SEO best practices.
    • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling blog posts, infographics, and videos that attract organic leads.
    • Use data analytics to refine organic strategies and improve performance.
  5. Performance Tracking and Reporting
    • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush to monitor campaign performance.
    • Prepare detailed reports on organic traffic, paid campaigns, and social media performance.
    • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
  6. Content Collaboration
    • Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO-friendly and engaging content creation.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  7. Market Research and Competitor Analysis
    • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor strategies.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance marketing efforts through innovative approaches.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in SEO, SMM, and paid campaigns.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), Google Ads, and social media platforms.
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
    • Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
