Sr Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Lead with a strong focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to oversee and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of SEO principles, a proven track record in driving organic growth, and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development
   
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and SEO strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in search engines.
2. SEO Management
   
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing opportunities.
• Optimize website content, structure, and technical aspects for improved search engine rankings.
• Perform regular audits of the website to ensure compliance with SEO best practices.
• Develop link-building strategies and oversee outreach campaigns to enhance domain authority.
3. Campaign Management
   
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure content aligns with SEO goals.
4. Analytics and Reporting
   
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Prepare detailed reports on organic traffic, rankings, and ROI for leadership.
5. Team Leadership
   
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing and SEO team, ensuring alignment with goals.
• Provide regular training on SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.
6. Content and Branding
   
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels.
• Oversee the creation of SEO-friendly, high-quality content to drive engagement and conversions.
7. Customer Engagement
   
• Manage customer interaction on digital platforms to improve engagement and retention.
• Identify and target audience segments for personalized marketing efforts.
8. Budget Management
   
• Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget efficiently, with a focus on SEO investments.
• Evaluate investment returns and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing with a proven track record in SEO and at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics/Search Console.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Expertise in other digital marketing tools like Google Ads, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications (Preferred): Google Analytics, SEO certifications, HubSpot Marketing.
