Responsibilities:

Curriculum Design & Development:

- Develop comprehensive and engaging learning materials focused on leadership development, communication skills, and strategic thinking.

- Tailor content to meet the diverse needs of learners, ensuring personalized and impactful journeys.

- Integrate modern training techniques, frameworks, and tools to create dynamic and practical learning experiences.

Research & Collaboration:

- Partner closely with our training and coaching teams to align curriculum with program goals and enhance leadership development initiatives.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and research to continually improve and refine course materials.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure curriculum addresses real-world challenges faced by leaders.

Evaluation & Improvement:

- Regularly review and update course materials based on learner feedback and training outcomes, employing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

- Track and assess the effectiveness of the curriculum to ensure optimal learning experiences.

- Implement feedback from trainers and learners to fine-tune the curriculum and enhance knowledge retention.

Support & Guidance:

- Provide ongoing support to trainers, equipping them with the resources needed for successful content delivery.

- Act as a resource for trainers, enabling them to adapt and customize content based on real-time learner needs.

Professional Development:

- Stay ahead of the curve by actively engaging in professional development opportunities related to curriculum design and leadership development best practices.

- Share best practices and innovative curriculum design techniques with the Kapable team, fostering continuous learning and growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of experience in curriculum design, instructional design, or the education sector.

- Strong track record of creating engaging, learner-centric content with a focus on adult learning principles.

- In-depth knowledge of modern educational trends and training methodologies (e.g., microlearning, gamification, blended learning).

- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to adapt content for diverse learning styles and needs.

- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Passion for leadership development and a desire to empower individuals to achieve their full potential
