Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence through lean manufacturing principles.
  
• Develop and implement cost-effective solutions for manufacturing processes.
  
• Collaborate with engineering team to optimize product designs for efficient fabrication.
  
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet customer demands on time.
  
• Ensure quality control measures are in place to maintain high-quality products.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 14 - 18 years of experience in sheet metal industry with expertise in bending, fabrication, welding, laser cutting, shearing, roll forming, and labor management.
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing factory operations and implementing lean manufacturing practices.
