Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full recruitment cycle, with strong experience of Bulk Hiring .
2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
3. Source and screen candidates through various channels (Online job portals, Social media, etc.)
4. Conduct interviews and assess candidates suitability.
5. manager onboarding process for new hires.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date MIS and other records.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of team.
Requirements:
1. MBA degree must in Human Resources.
2. Proven experience in Bulk Hiring (essential)

4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
5. This profile requires traveling to west Zone (Maharashtra, Gujrat, Goa, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh)
