Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CCR Operator to oversee and manage operations from the Central Control Room (CCR) in a cement plant. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in cement plant operations, ensuring smooth process control, efficiency, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor kiln, raw mill, coal mill, and cement mill from the Central Control Room (CCR).
• Ensure smooth plant operations by analyzing process parameters and making real-time adjustments.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and optimize plant efficiency.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdown handling and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure quality control by adhering to prescribed process parameters.
• Maintain logs and records of operations, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Follow safety and environmental regulations to maintain compliance.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior operators.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering.
• 4-6 years of experience as a CCR Operator in a cement manufacturing plant.
• Strong knowledge of kiln, mill operations, and process optimization.
• Experience with DCS (Distributed Control System) operations.
• Ability to analyze process parameters and take corrective actions.
• Understanding of safety standards and plant maintenance procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with PLC/SCADA-based control systems.
• Knowledge of heat and mass balance calculations.
• Familiarity with cement plant equipment and process flow.
