Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the graphic design process for our IT services and solutions, from research and prototyping to final design.
• Create visually compelling designs for social media marketing ads, posters, brochures, banners, and logos, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities for improving the user experience.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive and functional design solutions.
• Design and implement user interfaces that are visually consistent, easy to navigate, and optimized for efficiency.
• Create detailed design documentation to guide the implementation of UI/UX solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into the design process.
• Regularly report on design progress and key metrics to the Reporting Manager.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of proven experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects that demonstrate user-centered design principles, workflow optimization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in leading design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS PowerPoint
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel, along with familiarity in Adobe InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating inclusive design solutions.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills; capable of working efficiently in a paced, time-boxed environment.
• Ability to understand priorities and plan work accordingly.
• Enjoys working in agile environments, adapting quickly to changes.
