Manage and supervise the housekeeping operations in a hotel, resort, or other hospitality establishmentEnsure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards and that housekeeping staff follow established procedures and guidelinesOrder and maintain adequate supplies and equipment, including cleaning chemicals, linens, and laundry suppliesTrain and evaluate staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectivelyDevelop and implement procedures and guidelines to improve efficiency and effectiveness of housekeeping operationsMonitor and maintain safety and security procedures, including the use of cleaning chemicals and equipmentConduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained
