Job Description

The Trainer is responsible for contributing to cross-functional training team to help successfully launch a strategic initiative. Interacts closely with internal staff and external partners, as needed, to effectively balance multiple content development workstreams. Develop detailed training content training plans, training schedules, status reports / communications, lesson plans, learning materials, and work trackers.

What you will do

• Designing, developing, and presenting training programs that educate employees on best practices or procedures.
• Travel North zone to EBO’s / SIS
• Manage the development and implementation of training programs for the product and impacted end users.
• Product training for identified accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to identify the issues in the training and bring them to resolution.
• Require use of PowerPoint presentations, classroom training and one on one tutoring with new employees.

Role Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook
• Graduate with 3-6 years of relevant experience in training
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable talking in front of a group as well as one-on-one with an individual
• Able to give and receive feedback effectively
• Can drive understanding (i.e., using visual aids, able to recognize when a group or individual is lost and needs more attention)
• Ability to follow up
• Proven people skills
• Demonstrates a positive “can do” attitude and has fun and gains energy from working with others
• Is an active listener
• Demonstrated ability to consistently function at 100% of expectations
