Role & responsibilities

• Building and maintaining customers contacts. Build substantial database in assigned vertical/region.
• Ensuring that based on the businessrequirement leads/appointments are generated by calling
• Ensuring proper follow up and tracking the client responses in the tracker and updating the concerned team members in a timely manner

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with Good Communication skills
• Accent to deal with clients from UK, US, Australia, NZ, and CAN.
• Great command in engaging clients over the telephone.
• Experienced in BPO will be preferred.
