Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Founder & relevant leaders.
Manage scheduling, meetings, and communications for the Founder.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other critical documents using Excel and PowerPoint.
Conduct research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Founder.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business information.
Proactively identify and resolve challenges to ensure seamless daily operations.
Track and drive key projects and deliverables while ensuring timely execution.
Adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Key Requirements:
Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience are welcome.
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Sharp, proactive, and highly organized individual with attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
