Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Design Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating innovative designs for sheet metal components, ensuring manufacturability, and supporting the production team throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
● - Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD designs using software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks.
● - Create and review engineering drawings and technical documentation.
● - Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with design standards.
● - Conduct feasibility studies, material selection, and cost analysis.
● - Provide technical support during prototype and production stages.
● - Implement design improvements for enhanced efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
● - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and manufacturing advancements.
Qualifications and Skills
● - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
● 2-5 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in sheet metal manufacturing.
● - Proficiency in CAD software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks.
● - Strong knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing processes.
● - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
● - Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
● - Experience with sheet metal industry
