Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial goals and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues related to bancassurance sales.
  
• Identify potential leads from various channels (direct, indirect) and convert them into paying customers.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the company for sales performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in BFSI sales, preferably in bancassurance or direct channel sales.
  
• Strong understanding of life insurance industry trends, policies, and regulations.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
