Perform all laboratory aspects of In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) procedures, including oocyte retrieval, sperm preparation, ICSI, embryo culture, and cryopreservation.
Maintain high-quality standards in embryo assessment and selection.
Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and ethical guidelines.
Work closely with fertility specialists, nurses, and patients to optimize treatment outcomes.
Keep records and report laboratory results accurately.
Requirements:
Masters degree or PhD in Clinical Embryology, Reproductive Biology, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a well-established IVF laboratory.
Expertise in ICSI, embryo freezing, and embryo transfer techniques.
Strong knowledge of quality control in ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) procedures.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or Persian is a plus.
Willingness to relocate to Kabul, Afghanistan.
