Embryologist (IVF Specialist)

Responsibilities:

• Perform all laboratory aspects of In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) procedures, including oocyte retrieval, sperm preparation, ICSI, embryo culture, and cryopreservation.
• Maintain high-quality standards in embryo assessment and selection.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and ethical guidelines.
• Work closely with fertility specialists, nurses, and patients to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Keep records and report laboratory results accurately.

Requirements:

• Masters degree or PhD in Clinical Embryology, Reproductive Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a well-established IVF laboratory.
• Expertise in ICSI, embryo freezing, and embryo transfer techniques.
• Strong knowledge of quality control in ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or Persian is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Kabul, Afghanistan.
