Job Requirements..

We are looking for an experienced Medical Transcriptionist for Radiology Department, to join our team at Kailash Hospital, Sector 27, Noida. The successful candidate will be responsible for transcribing medical records, reports, and other documents accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of medical terminology and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They should also have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Transcribe medical records, reports, and other documents accurately and efficiently

• Ensure accuracy of transcribed documents

• Maintain confidentiality of patient information

• Follow established guidelines and procedures

• Maintain accurate records of transcribed documents

• Communicate with medical staff to ensure accuracy of transcribed documents
