Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Superintendent located in Khurja. The Medical Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the hospital, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations. Tasks include managing medical staff, coordinating medical services, implementing healthcare policies, handling budgets, and promoting a safe and healthy environment for both patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience in hospital administration, management, and healthcare regulations
• Ability to oversee clinical operations, patient care, and medical services
• Proficient in budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management
• Skilled in policy implementation, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance
• Minimum of a Master's degree in Hospital Administration or equivalent
• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with registration and license to practice
• Extensive experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a leadership role
