Chartered Accountant

Roles and Responsibilities

• We are looking for a highly motivated fulltime Chartered Accountant with minimum of 1 year experience to join our team.
• The ideal candidate should be efficient in MS word, excel and PowerPoint. He should have excellent communication skills (preferably multilingual) and a willingness to travel extensively.
• In this role he will be primarily responsible for managing M&A(Merger & Acquisition) projects, and managing data rooms, conducting data analytics and assisting in due diligence and transaction service engagements.
• Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payment to vendors and maintaining accurate records.
• Conduct audits of accounts receivable and payable ledgers to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure statutory compliance by filing tax returns on time and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Provide support in preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports.
  

Preferred qualification: CA with minimum of 1 year of experience. Experience in investment banking and related field, due diligence and transaction service engagements is an added advantage.
