Group Product Manager - Digital Insurance (7-10 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- End-to-end ownership of the product: proposition, pricing, journey, development, integration, GTM, and acquisition

- Monitor and analyze funnel to drive product improvements to improve conversion

- Keep up to date with developments in the insure tech space

- Ideate new products, services, and offerings that provide excellent customer proposition and experience

- Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior via research.

- Work with UX team to create customer journey on channels.

- Lead development with technology team in agile development framework.

- Liaison with internal/external stakeholders

- Launch one or more businesses under financial services for the Company and its subsidiaries

- Work closely with other product teams to increase sales.

- Work with leading businesses and partners to co-create new products.

- Work closely with internal technology teams to launch and enhance modules.

What we will need:

- Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree (Masters degree preferred) only from top colleges and

universities

Subject Knowledge:

- Digital product building / scaling experience in the life insurance space is necessary

- Additionally general insurance product experience will be a plus

- Analytical: Should be comfortable working with data and gathering insights

- Solid understanding of industry dynamics, regulations and guidelines pertaining to insurance.

- Must have a feel for digital insurance products and understanding of customer behavior/experience

elements that can drive decisions and growth for this segment

- Strong presentation, analytical, and communication skills are essential for the role.
