About the Role :

K2S is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Full Stack Developer with 4-7 years of experience and expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and Python. This role emphasizes individual contribution and requires a proactive problem-solver who can research, innovate, and build scalable solutions with minimal supervision. You will be a key member of our Product Development Team, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle, from backend services to front-end user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack and Python.

- Architect and implement efficient and secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

- Work with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, focusing on performance optimization.

- Research and implement cost-effective solutions to improve system performance and reduce infrastructure costs.

- Develop responsive and high-performance front-end components using React.js.

- Build robust server-side applications using Node.js, Express, and Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).

- Manage deployment pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

- Conduct thorough research and provide innovative technical recommendations.

- Adhere to best practices for security, performance, and code maintainability.

- Optimize system design for scalability, efficiency, and cloud cost management.

- Debug and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-7 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.

- Strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

- Solid experience with Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask) for backend development.

- Hands-on experience with database design and query optimization (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).

- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Experience with microservices architecture and API integrations.

- Deep understanding of performance tuning, caching strategies (e.g., Redis, Memcached), and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).

- Experience with front-end state management (e.g., Redux, React Context API).

- Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth, SSO).

- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for researching new technologies.

- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound technical decisions.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience integrating AI/ML into web applications.

- Familiarity with Serverless architecture (e.g., AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions).

- Experience with WebSockets, real-time applications, and event-driven architectures.

- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio.
