About the Role :

K2S is looking for a talented and creative Graphics Designer with 4-7 years of experience and expertise in motion graphics, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite. We are seeking a designer who can create compelling motion graphics, UI/UX designs, and custom illustrations to elevate our digital experiences. This role offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time employment and a remote/hybrid work setup.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design visually engaging graphics, UI components, and illustrations for web and mobile applications.

- Create dynamic motion graphics, animations, and explainer videos for digital marketing, product demonstrations, and social media.

- Utilize Figma to design high-quality UI/UX components and collaborate effectively with developers.

- Develop branding assets, social media graphics, and marketing collateral.

- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute compelling visual content.

- Optimize and edit video content for web, social media, and promotional campaigns.

- Research and implement new design trends, tools, and animation techniques.

- Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-7 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and UI/UX design.

- Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

- Experience creating animations and motion graphics for digital platforms.

- Ability to create custom illustrations, icons, and other visual assets.

- A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, UI/UX design, and illustrations.

- Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs.

- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for design handoffs.

- Prior experience working on brand identity, UI/UX, and interactive design projects.
