Facility Executive

A facility executive's responsibilities include:

• Budget management: Using tools to monitor budgets and analyze variances to maintain operational efficiency while ensuring quality and safety
• Facility maintenance: Ensuring buildings are clean and meet legal requirements and health and safety standards
• Space management: Developing plans for maintenance and renovations, and leading office space planning projects
• Centralized maintenance management: Monitoring building systems, scheduling maintenance appointments, and organizing updates
• Overseeing refurbishments and renovations: Overseeing the refurbishment and renovation of buildings
• Occupational safety and health: Implementing, monitoring, and maintaining health and safety standards, including conducting safety audits and risk assessments
• Ensuring staff follow company policies: Ensuring that staff strictly follow company policies, circulars, instructions, and policy letters
• Ensuring smooth interaction with clients: Ensuring that clients and guests have a smooth interaction with the building
• Audit : The person has to travel to the Branches and should do audit process.
