Sales Consultant - High End Electric Vehicles

Role & responsibilities :

• Maximize sales and achieving sales goals as per Business plans.
• Adherence to the Sales process and guidelines.
• Maintaining Customer Satisfaction standards.
• Closing sales deals and Building Customer loyalty.
• Assisting Customers in determining vehicle needs, documentation
• Ensure customer experience (pre-post sales) to the delight level.
• To market & promote products of the company thru generating prospects by doing field work & activities at Market place.
• Keeps up-to-date on Products Knowledge.
• Should keep abreast on competition knowledge & track its activity in assigned territory.
• Maintains an effective customer contact system that encourages new, repeat, & referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• To ensure best customer experience at all levels either at enquiry, test drive, booking & delivery level.
• Sells accessories, insurance & finance products along with vehicle sales.
• Builds customer loyalty & promotes dealership brand image.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Well groomed, pleasing personality with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Tech Savy and Conversant with Automobile technology (preferably into premium Car or Bike/ Lifestyle/ Premium product Segment)
