Senior Manager - Civil

Responsibilities

• To assist the project manager in the civil works at site.
• Supervise civil and structural works as per consultant drawings.
• To ensure receipt of right quality and quantity of material and testing of the same.
• Regular reporting of material status and progress of work at site.
• Keeping track of bills and ensures timely payments to contractors.
• Experience in Execution of Institutional buildings and International Quality Infrastructure.
• Knowledge of civil works, supervision of contractors work, measurements, billing & liaison with statutory bodies.
• Knowledge of MS Projects, Computerized Project Planning Techniques and modern construction practices.

Requirements

• B. Tech/B.E (Civil) + NICMAR preferred.
• 15- 20 years of experience in Residential Projects
