• 6-9 Years of similar experience in Residential / Real Estate Sales with a premier Real Estate Developer.
• Other industries Banking, Wealth Management, Hospitality, Telecom

Manager Accounts

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Hard core accounting experience with Big 4 experience in Statutory Auditing - Preparation of Audit deliverables like Independent Auditors Report, Report on Internal Control over financial reporting (ICFR) and Companies Audit Report Order (CARO)

2. Handled areas like Inventory, Revenue, Taxation (Direct and Indirect), Fixed asset, Payroll, Impairment analysis

3. Experience of preparation of IndAS financials (RE exp is add on)

4. Compliances – Preparation of Annual report, Standalone / Consolidated quarterly results for SEBI filing, XBRL filing, managing audits and Assisting Investor relations team

5. RERA experience – Preparation of CA certificates, Co-ordination, and preparation of data

6. Working of advance tax, projections of SPVs basis inputs from Business

7. Managing Secretarial and RBI Compliance and other statutory compliance such as Internal Audit, XBRL, Tax Audit.

8. Participation in IT development and introduction of appropriate control

9. Involve in accounting automation such as BI, BO, BPC

10. Hands on of working on SAP
