Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to address customer concerns and feedback.
- Create and manage content that promotes positive engagement and brand loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online reputation management.
- Proven 4+ experience in online reputation management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with online review and reputation management tools.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
