GRAPHIC DESIGNER II (DIGITAL MARKETING)
Job Summary

As a Graphic Designer within our Digital Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling assets for our digital advertising campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with the PPC team members, copywriters, and brand team to produce graphics / creative ads that include static and video ads to drive engagement and conversions across digital platforms.

Major Job Duties

• Responsible for visualizing, conceptualizing, and executing designs for online content and marketing campaigns.
• Design, resize and manage creative assets for JustAnswer brand to be used across search, display, social media (organic and paid), YouTube, email, landing pages, and more.
• Test creatives and videos based on their performances.
• Ideate, design, and create digital assets (static images, video ads, hero images for landing pages and HTML) for a range of platforms (search, social media, GDN, PMAX, Web etc.)
• Work with various teams to understand the project requirements and objectives to achieve to create compelling creatives and monitor the performance of creatives to ensure they meet the performance targets.
• Explore / Use AI tools to generate and scale images for creative and video ads.
• Communicate & collaborate with different stakeholders to gather requirements, understand expectations and manage deliverables.

Technical Knowledge and Skills

• 6-9 years of relevant experience in digital marketing/social media creative design.
• Expertise with standard digital design tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Premiere Pro and Aftereffects etc.
• Knowledge of Mobile Specific Design / Responsive Design / HTML.
• Knowledge of Google Web Designer / DV360 Ad Templates is a PLUS.
• Skilled in typography, illustrations, layout, and colour theory in digital media.
• Deep understanding of best practices for digital creatives.
• Flexible and able to work in cross-functional teams and under stringent delivery timelines.
• Experience in creative A/B testing is a PLUS.
• Knowledge of Video ads for Youtube channels
• Has the ability to make data-driven design decisions.
• Has strong presentation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's in Design or a related field.
