Deliver In-person & Virtual Training sessions for New hires & Existing staffs.
Ensure successful execution of training needs
Responsible for providing guidance, mentoring & support performance improvement of the candidate.
Send reports to Operations team on the progress of activities
Conduct refresher trainings based on TNI
Make sure Training goals is align with corporate objectives
What we are looking for
Strong written and verbal communication skill (English & Tamil)
Client Handling Skills
Experience in any product/process/soft skill/up-skilling training
1 - 3 years of experience in Training
