Job Location : Matunga, Mumbai


Job Timing : 9 Hrs - 6 Days a week (10.30am to 7.30pm)


Overview :


As the Product Manager, you will lead the technical development and optimization of our ecommerce platform to drive online sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with our business goals and delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities :


- Technical Strategy : Develop and execute a technical roadmap for our ecommerce website, aligning with the retail company's strategic objectives and customer needs.

- Website Development : Lead the planning, implementation, and deployment of website features and enhancements, working closely with software engineers and development teams.

- Platform Optimization : Continuously monitor and optimize the performance, speed, and reliability of the ecommerce platform to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

- Integration Management : Manage integrations with third-party systems and services, including inventory management, order processing, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

- Security and Compliance : Implement robust security measures to protect customer data and ensure compliance with industry regulations such as PCI DSS and GDPR.

- Mobile Optimization : Drive the optimization of the ecommerce website for mobile devices, ensuring a responsive and user-friendly mobile shopping experience.

- Analytics and Reporting : Utilize web analytics tools to track key performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and generate insights to drive decision-making.

- Technical Support : Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal teams and external partners, resolving IT issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.

- Vendor Management : Collaborate with external vendors and service providers, including ecommerce platform providers, hosting providers, and digital agencies, to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions and services.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in ecommerce website development.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the website's technical capabilities and performance.

Requirements :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Master's degree preferred.

- 5-7 years of experience in IT product management, with a focus on ecommerce website development and management in the retail industry.

- Proficiency in web development technologies and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.

- Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce.

- Strong understanding of retail business processes, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and customer service.

- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements for ecommerce websites in the retail sector.

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders.
