.Role & responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by acting as their primary point of contact and understanding their needs.
- Meetings and Presentations: Represent the company at meetings with clients and other concerned centers, delivering clear and engaging presentations that align with client needs and company goals.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and objectives.
- Leadership: Exhibit leadership potential by guiding the team on key projects and providing constructive feedback and support to junior team members.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing client requirements, industry trends, and company priorities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on client activities, performance, and feedback to senior management, identifying opportunities for improvements.
- Problem-Solving: Handle client queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Communication: Maintain open and professional communication channels, both internally and externally, to ensure efficient project delivery and client engagement

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience

- Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting to clients and internal teams, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Teamwork and Leadership: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams and lead smaller projects or initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to new environments, handle unexpected challenges, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other common business software.
