- internal and external customers by developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions using Visual Studio, VS Code, and Microsoft SQL Server in an AWS Environment.
- Work with technical / business analysts to ensure that specifications are designed effectively to support stable and efficient workflows.
- Develop and document the design of the application features and ensure they are checked into a central document repository as defined by the terms of operational policies.
- Help maintain quality and organization of processes, platform code, and data including code commenting and version control.
- Participate in functional testing. Work with the business to document changes to current business practices and assist in process re-engineering and change management planning efforts.
- Work as a team member with the other RPA team members and stakeholders.
- Provide support for C#, Angular, and other solutions using the AWS platform.
- Adhere to Herman Miller policies on procedures for software development, deployment, and maintenance as well as information and data security standards and regulations in place.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of technology and architecture concepts.
- Strong problem solving, analysis, and design skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical professionals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional problems with intuitive problem-solving techniques
- Knowledge of Serverless development will be an added advantage
Ideal candidate
- A graduate / post-graduate in computer science / technology / or equivalent with relevant technical skills
- 3 - 4 years of work experience in .NET and/or Angular development.
- Experience in AWS CDK, and Lambdas are a plus.
- Having excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work individually or within a team environment.
- Ability to participate in multiple projects, tasks, and priorities in a healthy work environment
- Has attention to detail and a penchant for quality
- Proficient in documentation as well as process and workflow design
- Command of version control methodologies, preferably with GIT/Bitbucket or equivalent
- Ability to take direction, constructive criticism, and work to specified deadlines
- Adhere to processes and procedures defined for the role, the team, and the organization
- This role requires the individual to work in the UK shift (12:00 PM - 9:00 PM India time).
