Junior Engineer

Role & responsibilities :

• Assist in the project planning, execution of Food & Dairy Processing plants, ensuring they meet customer requirements and industry standards.
• Support the creation of technical drawings, specifications, and bill of materials for manufacturing.
• Participate in the testing and commissioning of Food & dairy Processing plants to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, documentation, and project presentations.
• Assist in the selection of materials and components used in the manufacturing of process tanks, pressure vessels.
• Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures to maintain product consistency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in product design and manufacturing processes.
• Starting from project finalization to handing over the project to the customer.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Basic understanding in process industry, refrigeration systems, preferably in the food processing or dairy industry.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Willingness to learn and develop in the field of milk cooling systems.
• Proficient in MS-Project is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Hindi language is an added advantage.
