Jubilant Motorworks - Insurance Manager (10-12 yrs)

Responsible for the performance, governance and administration of the Insurance portfolio to produce competent, customized and convenient motor insurance solutions to the customers while managing the group insurance requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Setting and contributing to sales targets of Renewal & New Motor Insurance

- Establishing team objectives & goals

- Overseeing, training and supporting team members to achieve the customer service

- Consulting and collaborating with the Insurance partners

- Leverage internal opportunities across business verticals

- Process compliance

- To organize insurance solutions to group requirements in motor & property insurance

Requirements and Skills:

- Qualification: Graduation/Post graduation

- Experience: 10+ year in automobile, insurance broking firms

- Have a pleasant, well groomed, professional attitude.

- Be proactive in following up and closure of task.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
