Graduate in Chemical Engineering from an institute of Repute

3. R&D data comparison for scale up.
4. Exposure to pilot skid design
5. Stabilization of pilot plant based on bench scale data for scale up.
6. Preparation of BFD
7. Preparation of PFD,
8. Preparation P&ID as per latest international code
9. Through Knowledge of heat and mass transfer.
10. Equipment sizing and selection
11. Clear idea of unit process and unit operations
12. Basic Knowledge of flow chemistry.
13. Hydraulic calculations
14. Utility requirements (Black and clean)
15. Preparing of PDS, MDS and IPDS.
16. Preparation of line list and SM list
17. TBE Preparations
18. Understanding of Plant layout
19. Project cost estimation in Precapexes and capex level
20. Estimation of relief loads / safety valve sizing
21. HAZOP/ HAZARD analysis
22. Preparation of techno commercial evaluation.
23. Project scheduling on MS office/Primavera
24. Project cost estimation / projects scheduling
25. Good exposure of Precommissioning check list
26. Good knowledge of international code and standard
27. Developing operation logic.
28. Strong Precommissioning and commissioning understanding
29. Clear understanding of CIP and SIP
30. Good exposure to DCS operations.

1. Good exposure on simulation software like ASPEN, HTRI and Chem-Cad.
2. Good communication and presentation skill
3. Good knowledge on Area Classification and Relief calculation
