Export Logistics(International Business)

Key Job Responsibilities:-

• Manage daily operations, including overseeing shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Negotiate rates with service providers such as forwarder & CHA to secure the best rate with a service commitment.
• Planning and monitoring for outgoing shipments (Inland & outward logistics).
• Pre & Post shipment documents.
• Experience in working with DGFT for Advance License application & SION documents.
• Coordination with Production team for planned shipments.
• Coordination with finance & Banking team for regulatory compliance.
• Preparation of MIS & sales forecasting with the help of Sales team.
• Budget management and cost analysis.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities,
• Prepare and present reports on a regular basis.

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Good Negotiation Skills

Proactive & Eye for Details
Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus

Good Analytical Skills

Well-versed in foreign trade policy, International business laws, and Indian customs regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Well-versed in Export documentation procedures

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
