2. Development and compliance of SOP - Training as per ISO/ IATF requirements
3. Development of training plan to improve skill level of L07 and below category and Annually assessment and updation of skill matrix
KRAs and Key Activities
1. Training need identification and preparation of Monthly and Annual training plan and analysis report.
2. Coordination with ISO/ IATF Cell for audit and compliance.
