Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. B2B Marketing & Presentations:
   
• Develop and deliver persuasive technical presentations to government agencies, large infrastructure companies, and decision-makers.
• Understand customer pain points and position Zinga as the ideal solution for corrosion protection.
2. Dealer Development & Management:
   
• Identify, recruit, and train dealers to expand Zinga's footprint across India.
• Monitor dealer performance and provide ongoing support to achieve sales targets.
3. Strategic Marketing Initiatives:
   
• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to different industries (e.g., oil & gas, infrastructure, and manufacturing).
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to showcase Zinga.
4. Customer Engagement:
   
• Build relationships with engineers, project managers, and procurement heads to drive product adoption.
• Provide technical insights and support to address client queries.
5. Market Analysis:
   
• Conduct competitor analysis, track industry trends, and identify new market opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies based on market feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Educational Background:
   
• MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
• Engineering background is a plus (especially in Mechanical or Civil).
2. Experience:
   
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial products, coatings, or construction materials.
• Proven experience in engaging with government bodies and large infrastructure firms.
3. Skills:
   
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a dealer network.
• Comfortable with frequent travel across India.
4. Tech Savvy:
   
• Proficiency in creating presentations (PowerPoint, etc.).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing strategies.
