Site Incharge

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site incharge to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all activities on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervising and coordinating construction and maintenance activities.

- Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks.

- Ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.

- Managing project schedules and budgets.

- Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

- Resolving any technical issues that may arise.

- Providing guidance and support to site staff.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or related field.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in construction projects.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
