Partner Account Manager - BFS (1-5 yrs)

1. Own end to end implementation of projects in the partnership team

2. Be an owner of the complete process across the partner lifecycle - onboarding, training, implementation and scale up.

3. Assess potential partner organisations and prepare credit notes in line with organizational policy and risk metrics

4. Understand and drive channel partners for enabling financial inclusion

5. Own the implementation of livelihood financing experiments on ground with the partners

6. Supporting partners on the field in driving digital financial services through Avanti platform

7. Training various partners on the operational process and ensuring implementation on the field

8. Monitoring on field operations and driving growth through channels and partner network

9. Training various partners on the financial inclusion process and setting up systems on the field.

10. Engage in gathering market intelligence for scoping/adding potential partners
