Senior Role - Corporate Finance - Banking (2-4 yrs)

- Responsible for preparing the detailed and insightful quarterly Commercial Paper (CP) report reflecting the trend in the CP market and presenting the same to the Investors and Market Participants.

- Thorough analysis and preparation of monthly dashboard by highlighting current market dynamics, India Rating's portfolio linkage with the Macroeconomic environment and provide a forward looking outlook and strategy for India Ratings portfolio.

- Structures assessed include - Acquisition Funding, Bridge Financing, Project Funding, Structuring deals at Hold Co/Prop Co. level with identified cashflow stream

- Undertaking various region specific business development assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management.

- Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and financial projections.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads.

- Monitor and update forecasts based on actual performance and changing business conditions.

- Identify and analyze variances between actual results and budgeted figures.

Strategic Financial Management:

- Evaluate capital investment opportunities and make recommendations to optimize returns.

- Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, including due diligence and financial modeling.

- Develop strategies to manage financial risks and improve financial performance.

Cash Flow Management:

- Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity.

- Optimize working capital and manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
