Technical
- In-depth Data-dictionary knowledge of a Finance, SCM in Oracle E-Business platform including configuration, customization options, and technical functionalities.
- Understanding of database concepts, data modelling, and SQL queries, Forms & Reports Development.-
- Extensive experience in Oracle SQL , PL/SQL, Workflow builder, Forms personalization.
- Extensive experience in Oracle Forms and Reports and customizations.
- Extensive experience in performance Tuning methodologies.
- Familiarity with system integration methodologies and tools.
- Extensively worked on BI Publishers and creating AOL Objects.
- Extensive experience in data conversions from legacy to oracle cloud includes identifying business rules/requirements, data extraction, cleansing, pre-validation and loading/transform to oracle cloud environment.
Functional :
- Strong understanding of business processes across different functional areas (Oracle Finance and SCM).
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Should Independently handle client and worked directly with them.
Responsibilities :
- Be very technically hands-on and own/drive key end to end product/services.
- Ensure customer success including delivering fixes/patches as needed.
- Interact directly with the client and understand the requirements, translate to solution, providing timelines, development, testing and delivering the components.
- Help build high performance organization including referring, interviewing top talent to Oracle.
- Should report to offshore manager regularly and provide weekly progress reports.
- Ability to design and implement integration components between enterprise systems.
- Design and provide hands-on development of cloud-based enterprise integrations, leveraging API frameworks.
- Work closely with internal and external partners to gather requirements and design complex business application extensions and data integration solutions.
- Translate business processes and requirements into technical integration / extension requirements and designs.
- Participate proactively in Organization initiatives.
Mandatory Qualifications :
- 8-10 years of experience as a Business Techno-Functional Analyst or Consultant within the relevant domain (Finance, SCM) .
- Proven track record of successful system implementations and project delivery.
