As an International Sales Executive at JKM Chemtrade, you will play a vital role in expanding our global presence and driving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential export customers and importers, managing data analysis, maintaining effective communication, and contributing to the companys overall export strategy. Your role will involve collaborating with international partners, managing shipment processes, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations.
Sales Executive Domestic
Conduct cold calling to existing customers to assess their requirements.
Send quotations via email and B2B portal.
Sell chemical products and achieve forecasted sales budgets.
Establish and maintain a network of clients within the assigned target market, as designated by the Sales Head.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Collaborate with the Sales Head to increase market presence, market share, achieve targeted figures, and collect receivables.
Monitor the flow of sales operations for each customer, including sales ordering, delivery, and collection.
Follow up with customers via email, phone calls, and other relevant platforms.
Maintain and enhance customer relationships.
Identify prospects for the product through references, internet research, etc., and convert them into customers.
Prepare Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting to management.
