Social Media Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies for Madhur across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) to increase brand visibility.
• Monitor trends and competitor activities to optimize strategies.
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
• Analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite.
• Work closely with designers and content creators to maintain brand consistency.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts.
