NPD Engineer (New Product Development Engineer)

Lead and manage the development of new mechanical hardware products, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and market trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and prototype products.
Develop detailed engineering drawings and specifications using CAD software.
Perform simulations and testing to validate design performance and ensure product reliability.
Prepare and present reports, updates, and technical documentation in Italian as needed.
