Agent Network Developer

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated National Agent Network Developer to establish and manage a network of sales agents across India for our textile products. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building and managing teams, and excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agent Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard sales agents in key regions across India to represent our textile products.
• Network Development: Build and maintain a strong network of agents to ensure comprehensive market coverage.
• Training & Support: Provide agents with the necessary training, product knowledge, and marketing materials to enhance their performance.
• Market Analysis: Identify high-potential regions and strategize agent placement to maximize sales opportunities.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate agent performance, ensuring they meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the company and agents, resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management team to design and implement strategies for expanding market reach through the agent network.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or agent network management, preferably in the textile industry.
• Strong understanding of Indias textile market and regional dynamics.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage a team of independent sales agents.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
