Jewellery Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage counter sales activities, including greeting customers, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
  
• Assist in store management tasks such as inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  
• Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and product knowledge.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure an efficient shopping environment.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or jewelry sales.
  
• Strong understanding of gems, gold, and other precious metals used in jewelry making.
  
• Excellent communication skills for building rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting sales targets.
